Company Info

Kachina Data was founded in 2003 as a part time consulting business by Richard Dickman for the purpose of providing his 20+ years of experience and knowledge gained from working in Air Force, Enterprise and Start Up IT departments to smaller businesses.

It has since grown to a full time venture offering a full package of Managed Services as well as IT augmentation and demand based consulting services.

In addition to the ability to bring acknowledged practices and standards to bear, Kachina Data recognizes the uniqueness of each company regardless of size.

By takiing the time to forge relationships based on performance, communication and trust, we can often provide cost effective and creative solutions that enhance the end user experience as well as maximize stability.

One of the greatest challenges is addressing the fact that smaller businesses often have difficulty with the costs associated with properly developing and maintaining their  IT infrastructure.  Many of these costs are unavoidable, but we excel at value engineering.

Value engineering is a term often employed in the construction business by contractors that take time to find ways to save money for their customers while still staying true to their client's vision.

In the true spirit of behaving more as a partner than provider, Kachina Data has been taking the extra time and effort to find these cost saving measures and doing it for years.

We believe that extra efforts like these have contributed greatly in acheiving our goal of creating and maintaining synergistic and beneficial partnerships that transcend typical vendor / client relationships.
