Richard Dickman - Owner
Richard is a seasoned IT management
professional with over 30 years of leadership and technical experience in
system and network operations.
During the course of his career he
has successfully supported and managed client bases from 40 to 40,000 users and environments that spanned everything from a single office to
multiple offices and data centers around the globe.
By successfully learning from
past experiences and applying best practices and common sense to new
challenges, he has consistently earned the respect of his customers as
well as his subordinates, peers, and supervisors.
His leadership, communication skills and
commitment to customer service are some of the traits that make Richard a
true team player.
These qualities also combine to create a valued
asset enabling IT departments to function not only as internal support
organizations but also as a strategic partners in the development of
practical business practices.
In addition to the wealth of experience acquired over his career, he has
also accumulated several certifications including Cisco and CompTIA as well
as multiple Microsoft MCSE's.
